6月30日 its been a long time...sorry for not posting anything during the last months. many things have been going on :) good things. my dad's surgery went great, i got married and im planning now on going to canada. for the moment im teaching english in my class and enjoying every day with my husband and 2 new dogs :)
tell me how everything has been going on with u all! 12月4日 GOD HAS BLESSED ME IN SO MANY WAYS...to all of u who knew about my dad's surgery, he's going to indiana on late dec. or early january to get it. god has given me wonderful friends who are willing to help us now, although i know its not them...its god using them to show us his mercy.

 i know all of u will be so happy when i post pictures! thank u all for having us in ur prayers.last week i made another missionary trip. its such a great blessing to bless others. i never saw so much poverty and sickness because of the lack of personal higiene because of the lack of education. it deffinitely gives me a million reasons to be thankful for everything i have and gives me another reason to do it again whenever i get the chance to.
i also made great friends this time, hope u enjoy the pics! 7月18日 missionary trip...two weeks ago i had the opportunity to go as a translator for a missionary trip with doctors and missioners from florida, it was here in guatemala, and although i've dont in the past these type of trips many times this was the first time i did it in the north of guatemala, a very poor a needed place.
i am so thankful for everything i have, even the smallest things, too bad it is when you see how extreme the need of other people is that you realize how blessed you are.
God touched so many lives during this trip, it was not only the 1000 patients that received medical attention and help but also the 30 of us that went there to help. here are some pictures. hope you enjoy! 2月14日 HaPpy ValEntIne'S dAy!Happy valentine's day everybody! :) im sorry i havent been able to blog here lately, but i dont have internet at my house since last month (long story) and work and school always consume most of my time. for all of u who were counting the days before nick came here, let me tell u these have been the most incredible months of our lives for both of us :). we spend a few hours together after i come from work and the whole weekend :D. it has been just amazing. im always falling in love with him everyday with every little thing he does. im deffinitely the luckiest girl in this worl. God has been wonderful to us, and we are really thankful for that. one year ago we could only dream of being together, today we are together! :) its incredible.

ok so my blessings, well i have to say there were so many as always becasue God is always blessing our lives in different ways, but if i have to count 3 i would say; #1 i got a really nice package from nick, with a really cute card and a paper snowflake on it (have to say that's the sweetest thing i ever got and it totally melted my heart) lol cuz he knows how much i love snow but there's no snow here in guatemala :p #2 around last christmas my mom bought a car and #3 i had a nice christmas with my family and some friends of my gandma lol they made us laugh a lot, dont ask why!

 ....and yes there's few time left  !     lol, 37 days from today !!!10月27日 God is awesome :DThis week i'm attending a prophetic congress at my church, it's been a little tired cuz its all day long, and sometimes and we've sleeping for a few minutes lol :p but it has been a blessing. There are many guests like Cindy Jacobs, Bill and Jane Hamon, Emanuel Canistracci, Hank and Brenda Kunneman and Jim Gol.
They have preached and prayed for people and we have seen God's power. Sick people has been healed and lame people have walked infront of our eyes, it has been amazing!
There is something all of them have said and that is that we have the same power Jesus had to heal the sick, cast out demons and bring death men back to life because he lives in us. All we need for a miracle to happen is to have faith and move in God's presence, so we have to seek him in all times, pray in tongues to connect our spirit with his an develop a closer relationship with him.
He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
I had a prophecy for my life :) and they also prophesied for my country, "christians are going to be part of the congress, there will be no more corruption and there will be justice in the next years. Guatemala will be a saved nation." My church's vision is to see Guatemala totally transformed in the year 2020 and to begin that, my pastor is going to start a political party, so now his wife is going to lead our church; and one of the prophets confirmed this saying there will be a dramatic change in our country in 10 years :) Great times are about to come and its awesome to know God is going to make all this happen. 9月30日 back :)i had a really tough month, all this year i was teaching 2 kids with learning difficulties, they are in 5th and 6th grade but then i was tranfered to 1st grade because the teacher who was there got sick and needed a surgery.
i've been having a hard time to get used to it, i had some issues with my authorities, i miss my other 2 students, i have less time to do my school homework, lol i have learned to be more patient ....BUT i believe as Romans 8:28 says, "All things work together for the good of those who love God"
i was reading my bible right now and God spoke to me, it was like one of those times where u stay totally speechless lol...
Philippians 2:12-13 "Keep on working to complete your salvation with fear and trembling, because God is working in you to help you want to do want to do and be able to do what pleases him. Do everything without complaining or arguing...Then you will be innocent and without any wrong. You will be God's children without fault."
it's so easy to complain and argue about everything that doesn't comes out the way we planned, but we have to remember he knows what is best for us and we can always learn something new from every expericnce we go through. 8月20日 looking forward to it :)nick is comming down here on december

Malachi 3:3 says: "He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.."
This verse puzzled some women in a Bible study and they wondered what this statement meant about the character and nature of God. One of the women offered to find out the process of refining silver and get back to the group at their next Bible Study. That week, the woman called a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work. She didn't mention anything about the reason for her interest beyond her curiosity about the process of refining silver..
As she watched the silversmith, he held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explained that in refining silver, one needed to hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest as to burn away all the impurities. The woman thought about God holding us in such a hot spot; then she thought again about the verse that says: "He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver." She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had to sit there in front of the fire the whole time the silver was being refined. The man answered that yes, he not only had to sit there holding the silver, but he had to keep his eyes on the silver the entire time it was in the fire. If the silver was left a moment too long in the flames, it would be destroyed. The woman was silent for a moment. Then she asked the silversmith, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He smiled at her and answered, "Oh, that's easy -- when I see my image in it" If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember that God has his eye on you and will keep watching you until He sees His image in you. "Life is a coin. You can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once." 6月29日 so thankfulim so thankful with God for all the friends he has given me :)
this monday i went with my girlfriends to visit amie, a friend from indiana that came down here for a couple of weeks. we had a great time :) then we had a pijama party with lots of movies, make up, food & fun lol.

Josh McDowell shared his testimony with us and many guys accepted Jesus in their hearts...
Josh McDowell once considered himself an agnostic believing Christianity was worthless. While a student at Kellogg College in Michigan, he accepted a challenge by a group of Christian students and professors to intellectually examine the claims of Christianity. During his journey to discredit the resurrection of Christ, Josh discovered compelling historical evidence for the reliability of the Christian faith. Then one night when he was unable to sleep or to get Jesus off his mind, Josh prayed to ask Jesus to come into his life and forgive his sins. In the months that followed, Josh’s life changed dramatically as he experienced the power of God’s love. Most noticeable was his renewed relationship with his father -- the town drunk -- whom he never thought he could love again because he was responsible of his wife's death.
"When I was challenged in college by several students to examine the claims of Jesus Christ; amuch study, I could only come to one conclusion - Jesus Christ is the Son of God, He was crucified, He died, and He was resurrected on the third day. He also said this, an awesome truth he found in the bible is Exodus 34:14 "For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." this wont necessarily mean u will have an altar at ur house with golden images of other gods or whatever; but it means that maybe ur not giving God the importance he deserves in ur life. maybe tv, ur friends, work, school or any other thing r taking that place first.the reason why he is jealous about u is because he loves u more than anyone in this world, that's why he gave his life for u, and if u were the only human in this planet he would die for u again. he wants to have a passionate relationship with u and he will always be there waiting for u to talk to him and give him everything u r. isnt he just amazing? :)
